Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current and valid RBT certification
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Familiarity with implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Strong communication skills with students, teachers, and families
- Ability to follow directives from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Adaptable, patient, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Commitment to maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support in classroom and school environments
- Implement and document individualized intervention strategies under BCBA supervision
- Collect, track, and report data accurately to monitor student progress
- Foster a supportive atmosphere focused on skill-building and confident social interaction
- Assist with the development and modification of instructional materials as directed
- Maintain open, ongoing communication with the instructional team and families
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions
