1:1 Pediatric Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Seaside, California

This per diem, on-call position offers you the flexibility to tailor your schedule and take assignments based on your own availability—perfect for those looking to work around other commitments while gaining valuable experience.

You will have the unique opportunity to provide 1:1 and group support for Kindergarten through elementary students, stepping in as needed to ensure continuity and quality of care. Hourly earnings range from $24-27, depending on your experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or relevant paraprofessional experience
• Solid background in pediatric behavioral support, ideally within a school setting
• Flexible, quick to adapt, and comfortable being on call for substitute assignments
• Experience with ASD, ADHD, student safety, and preventing student elopement
• Willingness to provide toileting assistance when required
• Own reliable transportation and consistent communication capability
• Commitment to student wellbeing, safety, and confidentiality

• Support individual students in classroom and activity settings
