Make a tangible impact in the lives of elementary students by providing essential behavioral support as a Registered Behavior Technician on a contract assignment for the remainder of the 2026-2027 school year. Work a full-time schedule—35-40 hours per week—aligned with the standard school day and bell schedule, assisting students near Seaside, CA. Multiple caseloads are available, primarily focusing on 1:1 or 2:1 support for elementary-aged learners with a range of support needs. Details of student groupings will be reviewed during the interview.

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least one year of ABA experience in a school-based setting
  • Active or inactive Registered Behavior Technician licensure (supervision from a BCBA provided)
  • Crisis intervention and de-escalation training
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
  • Reliable transportation

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans as directed by BCBA supervisors
  • Foster positive behavioral growth and skill acquisition in elementary students
  • Collect and document data to measure progress and refine strategies
  • Participate in team meetings, collaborating with teachers, families, and other staff
  • Support safe, positive, and inclusive learning environments throughout the school day
