Our client, an elementary school district renowned for its supportive environment, is seeking several Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for contract roles in Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten Autism Classrooms, and grades up to 4th. You'll work with students exhibiting high intensity or high magnitude behaviors, providing essential guidance and support within an exceptionally collaborative team.
This opportunity places you alongside an onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) team, celebrated for their mentorship and longstanding commitment to professional development. What we're looking for:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Direct experience supporting students with challenging behaviors, preferably in school settings
- Confidence and reliability—a genuine dedication to the role is required
- Ability to work collaboratively with BCBAs and district staff
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of students with autism and behavioral needs
- Availability to start August 3, 2026, for a 35-hour week contract
