Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Demonstrated experience supporting students with high-intensity and high-magnitude behaviors
- Previous work in elementary or specialized autism classrooms strongly preferred
- Adaptable, compassionate, and patient approach to behavioral support
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions for students in transitional kindergarten to 4th grade
- Work closely with teachers and BCBA supervisors to manage and monitor behavior plans
- Cultivate a supportive and positive environment for students with autism
- Accurately collect data and maintain thorough records on student progress
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with district staff to ensure continuity of care
