Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Demonstrated experience supporting students with high-intensity and high-magnitude behaviors
  • Previous work in elementary or specialized autism classrooms strongly preferred
  • Adaptable, compassionate, and patient approach to behavioral support
  • Solid communication and teamwork skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions for students in transitional kindergarten to 4th grade
  • Work closely with teachers and BCBA supervisors to manage and monitor behavior plans
  • Cultivate a supportive and positive environment for students with autism
  • Accurately collect data and maintain thorough records on student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with district staff to ensure continuity of care

Pay rates for this role range from $30 to $33 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications, ensuring your expertise is recognized and rewarded.
