Qualifications and Desired Skills:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • OSPI Paraeducator Certification or Associate’s Degree needed
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred

  • Ability to effectively assist and implement behavioral strategies with students

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral intervention and support to students across K–12 grade levels
