Key Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification and compliance with national standards
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents, especially within school environments
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and data collection protocols
• Professionalism, adaptability, and a compassionate approach to working with diverse learners

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct one-on-one or small-group behavioral support to students
• Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and record data on student progress, communicating findings with the team
• Assist in developing strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and reinforce positive ones
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school policies and ethical standards
