Key Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification in good standing
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school environment
  • Proficiency in implementing behavioral intervention plans
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to take direction from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and follow individualized action plans
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to district policies

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions for students
  • Record and report student progress and behavioral data with accuracy
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and BCBAs to proactively address student needs
  • Utilize evidence-based strategies to help students achieve behavioral and social-emotional goals
  • Provide ongoing support during classroom activities, transitions, and routines
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
