Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working with school-age children, particularly those with behavioral or developmental needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and other support staff
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans consistently and accurately
  • Current knowledge of best practices in behavior management within school environments
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and group behavioral interventions as outlined in students’ individualized plans
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and parents to monitor student progress
  • Collect and document data on student behaviors and intervention outcomes
  • Adapt to classroom routines and participate in meetings related to student progress
  • Assist with the development of social, communication, and daily living skills in students
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and school policies
