Key Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification in good standing
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school environment
- Proficiency in implementing behavioral intervention plans
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to take direction from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and follow individualized action plans
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to district policies
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions for students
- Record and report student progress and behavioral data with accuracy
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and BCBAs to proactively address student needs
- Utilize evidence-based strategies to help students achieve behavioral and social-emotional goals
- Provide ongoing support during classroom activities, transitions, and routines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
