Qualifications and desired experience:

• Active RBT certification (Registered Behavior Technician)
• Experience providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy, preferably in a school or pediatric environment
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff

Key responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Track and record student behavior data accurately
• Support students in one-on-one and small group settings to achieve behavioral, social, and academic goals
• Communicate regularly with supervising clinicians and educational staff regarding student progress and strategies
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical standards
