Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Previous experience providing ABA services in educational settings (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (may be required for some positions)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and group behavior intervention services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Implement individualized education and behavior intervention plans with fidelity
  • Collect accurate data and maintain thorough documentation on student progress
  • Partner with school staff and families to promote positive behavior outcomes
  • Support students in developing social, communication, and self-regulation skills
  • Participate in ongoing team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
