Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active RBT certification and registration in good standing
  • Prior experience working with children or young adults in an educational or clinical setting
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and hands-on behavioral intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with staff and families
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic school environment while remaining compassionate, patient, and professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and accurately document data on student progress and behavior
  • Support teachers and staff by modeling interventions and facilitating skill acquisition
  • Assist with behavior assessments, transitions, and social skills activities
  • Participate in team meetings, ongoing trainings, and professional development opportunities
