Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Silverton, Oregon

Key Qualifications:

• Active RBT credential and SPED certification/license in Oregon
• Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician in a school setting preferred
• Ability to provide three most recent supervisor references for application consideration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills when collaborating with educators and students
• Comfortable working full-time onsite (37.5 hours/week) for the entire contract duration

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavior intervention and support to students in classroom settings
• Collaborate with special education teams to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
• Document student progress, maintain data logs, and report findings to supervising staff as needed
• Participate in regular supervision (to be determined) and ongoing professional development
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and proactive learning environment for all students
