Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Previous experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and diverse behavioral needs preferred
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong communication skills when working with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to collect data, implement behavioral intervention plans, and adjust supports as needed
• Professional and flexible approach to shifting school environments
• CPR/First Aid certification (a plus)
• Background in educational or pediatric settings beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 and small group behavioral interventions as directed by a supervising BCBA
• Support students with daily routines and behavior modification plans
• Accurately document and report data on students’ progress and behavioral trends
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to coordinate care and interventions
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school district protocols and ethical standards
