Registered Behavior Technician in Smyrna, DE

Key Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or clinical setting preferred
• Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral intervention to students as outlined in individualized education or treatment plans
• Collect and analyze data on student behaviors and intervention outcomes
• Collaborate with BCBAs and educational staff to modify strategies as needed for student success
• Assist with the development of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Maintain thorough, accurate records and ensure compliance with all confidentiality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
