Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Ability to collect and record data accurately
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA
  • Provide direct behavioral support to students during classroom and school activities
  • Accurately collect behavioral data and report progress in accordance with program guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educational professionals to optimize student outcomes
  • Assist in maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
  • Adapt strategies to support students’ unique learning and behavioral needs
