Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing
  • Prior experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
  • Ability to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under supervision
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Enthusiasm for helping young students achieve developmental and academic milestones
  • Reliable, organized, and adaptable to changing classroom needs

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality ABA therapy to a single kindergarten student throughout the school day
  • Accurately record and track data on student progress and behavioral interventions
  • Work closely with supervising BCBA and instructional staff to adapt strategies
  • Assist in developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Support positive peer and social interactions within the classroom
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and documentation
