Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or therapeutic settings preferred
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection procedures
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, follow treatment plans, and adapt to varying student needs
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Collect and record data accurately regarding students’ behavioral progress
• Support students in classroom and social situations, promoting positive behaviors and skill acquisition
• Participate in team meetings and staff trainings as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional, ethical standards in all interactions
