Key Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification required
- Experience working with children or young adults within a school or clinical setting preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA strategies and behavior management techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
- Detail-oriented, organized, and patient-focused
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the direction of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and record data regarding student progress and behaviors
- Provide 1:1 support and small group instruction as outlined in student plans
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
- Help foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and clinical standards
- Communicate progress and concerns with staff and families
