Key Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Adaptability in dynamic environments
- Demonstrated professionalism, dependability, and initiative
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and maintain accurate data on student behaviors and progress
- Support teachers and staff in best practices for behavioral management
- Assist students with skill development in areas such as communication, social skills, and classroom routines
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and families regarding student progress
