Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Southaven, Mississippi

Key Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working with children or young adults within a school or clinical setting preferred
• Strong understanding of ABA strategies and behavior management techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
• Detail-oriented, organized, and patient-focused

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the direction of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data regarding student progress and behaviors
• Provide 1:1 support and small group instruction as outlined in student plans
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
• Help foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and clinical standards
• Communicate progress and concerns with staff and families
