Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on student behaviors and progress
  • Support teachers and staff in best practices for behavioral management
  • Assist students with skill development in areas such as communication, social skills, and classroom routines
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and families regarding student progress
