Primary Responsibilities:
• Administer individualized behavioral interventions based on treatment plans set by supervising BCBAs.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on student behaviors and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families to reinforce effective strategies and promote positive student outcomes.
• Support classroom management and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive school culture.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions for continued professional development.
