Key Qualifications:
- Active and current RBT certification
- Previous experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulations and ethical standards
- Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing student needs
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Core Responsibilities:
- Carry out individualized behavior intervention plans under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect accurate behavioral data and maintain organized documentation
- Support students throughout their daily activities, providing crisis intervention as needed
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with educational teams and families
- Assist in creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities
