Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Spokane, Washington

In this impactful role, you’ll work directly with students, implementing evidence-based interventions under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), helping students achieve academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and up-to-date state credentials
• Experience working with children or youth, preferably within school or pediatric environments
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, data collection, and behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Professionalism, patience, and adaptability are essential for a dynamic school setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral interventions and implement treatment protocols as assigned
• Record and maintain accurate data on student progress and behavior for ongoing assessment
• Collaborate with BCBA, educators, and related service professionals to modify strategies as needed
• Support students to increase independence, social skills, and appropriate behaviors in the classroom
• Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and professional development to maximize your effectiveness
