Key Qualifications:

• Active and current RBT certification
• Previous experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulations and ethical standards
• Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing student needs
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Core Responsibilities:

• Carry out individualized behavior intervention plans under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect accurate behavioral data and maintain organized documentation
• Support students throughout their daily activities, providing crisis intervention as needed
• Collaborate and communicate regularly with educational teams and families
• Assist in creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities
