Desired Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification in good standing
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, especially in educational or therapeutic settings
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
  • Ability to follow individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and reliability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct 1:1 or small group behavioral interventions as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Accurately collect and record data on student progress and behavioral responses
  • Work closely with teachers and school staff to create a supportive learning atmosphere
  • Adapt strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Provide input and observations in team meetings to support ongoing intervention planning
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of your work
