Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children or students in a school-based or clinical setting preferred
- Solid understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Professionalism in collaborating with educators, behavior analysts, and families
- Excellent communication, patience, and the ability to adapt to diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA or other clinical supervisors
- Collect and record data on student behavior and program outcomes
- Deliver 1:1 or small-group support to students, reinforcing positive behaviors and reducing disruptive actions
- Participate in team meetings, providing feedback and collaborating on treatment updates
- Communicate progress and concerns to supervising staff and team members
- Assist with classroom organization, transitions, and the generalization of behavioral strategies across settings
