High School Licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Springfield, Oregon

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RBT certification and applicable state licensure required
• Experience implementing ABA therapy, especially in school settings
• Comfortable working with students in 1:1 situations across a variety of ages (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Skilled in collecting data and tracking student progress
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, support staff, and families
• Understanding of IEP goals and accommodations preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions and support strategies to individual students
• Work closely with supervising BCBA, teachers, and special education staff to tailor interventions and monitor progress
• Accurately record and report on behavioral data, making adjustments to protocols as recommended
• Assist students in developing social, emotional, and daily living skills
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with ethical guidelines
• Adapt quickly to varying environments and student needs within the school community
