Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience supporting students within public or private school settings
  • Ability to provide services across a range of grade levels (elementary, middle, and high school)
  • Comfortable delivering 1:1 support to students with varying behavioral and learning needs
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or school specialists
  • Work directly with students in classroom and other school settings, providing behavioral intervention and skill-building support
  • Collect and report data on student progress to supervisory staff
  • Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ educational goals
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and professional standards
  • Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development
