What you'll bring:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational or clinical setting
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families
• Patience, reliability, and a genuine commitment to helping students succeed

Your role will involve:

• Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Providing direct one-on-one support to students to promote positive behaviors and skill development
• Collecting and recording accurate data on student progress and behavioral incidents
• Assisting in creating an inclusive classroom environment and supporting teachers as needed
• Participating in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
