What you'll bring:
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational or clinical setting
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles

Your role will involve:
- Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- Collecting and recording accurate data on student progress and behavioral incidents
- Assisting in creating an inclusive classroom environment and supporting teachers as needed
- Participating in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
