Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification in good standing.
  • Demonstrated experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Previous experience supporting children or young adults, ideally in educational or therapeutic settings.
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans consistently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Reliable, flexible, and proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and small group ABA interventions to students, as directed by supervising BCBAs.
  • Collect and record data accurately to monitor student progress and inform treatment plans.
  • Support classroom teachers and staff with behavior management strategies.
  • Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and progress reports as needed.
  • Foster a positive, supportive environment to help students build social, academic, and behavioral skills.
  • Adapt strategies to each student’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.
