Registered Behavior Technician - Stamford, CT

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (please provide a screenshot with your application)
• Experience working with school-age children or within an educational setting preferred
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to maintain professionalism in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students in school settings
• Implement ABA strategies under the supervision of behavior analysts or special education staff
• Collect and record data accurately to track progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop and follow individualized behavior intervention plans
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on student progress
