This opportunity involves providing essential support as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within a school setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans and therapeutic techniques as directed by BCBAs.
- Collect and record accurate data on student progress and behaviors.
- Support students in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to promote consistency in behavioral strategies.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed treatment protocols and accurately document outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Background check clearance as required by school regulations.
