Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
  • Previous experience providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy in an educational or pediatric setting
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, staff, and caregivers
  • Flexibility to adapt to various student needs and school environments
  • Professional, organized, and dependable with a passion for helping others

Responsibilities:

  • Implement one-on-one and small group behavior intervention programs in classroom and school settings
  • Collect and document accurate behavioral data throughout each session
  • Assist with developing and modifying behavior plans under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Provide feedback and guidance to assist students in achieving social, academic, and behavioral goals
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed
  • Support students during transitions and daily school routines
