Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
- Previous experience providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy in an educational or pediatric setting
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, staff, and caregivers
- Flexibility to adapt to various student needs and school environments
- Professional, organized, and dependable with a passion for helping others
Responsibilities:
- Implement one-on-one and small group behavior intervention programs in classroom and school settings
- Collect and document accurate behavioral data throughout each session
- Assist with developing and modifying behavior plans under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide feedback and guidance to assist students in achieving social, academic, and behavioral goals
- Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed
- Support students during transitions and daily school routines
