Desired Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential is required.
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral settings is preferred.
- Candidates who reside within proximity to Union City and surrounding areas are preferred.
- Comfortable undergoing district-required fingerprinting and onboarding, as well as agency onboarding procedures.
- Ability to maintain detailed session notes and support data collection for behavioral progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one with a kindergarten student in a special day class, utilizing evidence-based strategies in alignment with individual education goals.
- Implement behavior intervention plans under agency-provided BCBA supervision.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment tailored to the unique needs of the student.
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other support staff for optimal student success.
- Record and report progress and behavioral data, adhering to confidentiality policies and best practices.
