What you’ll bring:
- Active RBT certification in good standing
- Previous experience working with children or within school settings preferred
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Familiarity with data collection, progress monitoring, and ABA techniques

What you’ll do:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Support students with behavioral and developmental challenges in both one-on-one and group settings
- Accurately collect, record, and report data for ongoing progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and support staff to foster positive learning environments
- Adapt strategies in response to student progress and feedback
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development as required
