What you’ll bring:

  • Active RBT certification in good standing
  • Previous experience working with children or within school settings preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Familiarity with data collection, progress monitoring, and ABA techniques
  • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving

What you’ll do:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Support students with behavioral and developmental challenges in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Accurately collect, record, and report data for ongoing progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and support staff to foster positive learning environments
  • Adapt strategies in response to student progress and feedback
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development as required
