Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in school settings
• Clear understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and techniques
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Reliable, adaptable, and organized in dynamic environments

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and accurately record data to monitor student progress
• Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Facilitate positive interactions and skill development in classrooms and one-on-one settings
• Provide regular feedback to supervisors regarding interventions and student progress
• Assist with crisis intervention and proactive strategies as needed
