Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Previous experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings
  • Strong understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and techniques
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collect and analyze behavioral data accurately
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable to various classroom environments

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Support students with behavioral, social, and academic needs within school settings
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress and behavior plans
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and family members
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
  • Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactions
