Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience working with children within school environments, especially in one-on-one or small group settings preferred
- Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to implement individualized behavior plans with consistency and professionalism
- Reliable, compassionate, and flexible in adapting strategies as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, one-on-one behavioral support to a designated student in accordance with their individualized plan
- Collect accurate data and maintain documentation on student progress
- Work collaboratively with teachers, school support staff, and families to reinforce goals and strategies
- Adjust and adapt interventions under the direction of a BCBA or other supervising clinicians
- Support the student in classroom participation, engagement, and social integration
- Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
