Registered Behavior Technician - Supply, NC

Make a difference each day by providing dedicated, individualized support as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a vibrant school community located on the south side of Brunswick, NC. You will collaborate closely with educators, families, and specialists, utilizing your expertise to implement tailored behavior intervention strategies and reinforce positive student outcomes. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with children within school environments, especially in one-on-one or small group settings preferred
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to implement individualized behavior plans with consistency and professionalism
• Reliable, compassionate, and flexible in adapting strategies as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, one-on-one behavioral support to a designated student in accordance with their individualized plan
• Collect accurate data and maintain documentation on student progress
• Work collaboratively with teachers, school support staff, and families to reinforce goals and strategies
• Adjust and adapt interventions under the direction of a BCBA or other supervising clinicians
• Support the student in classroom participation, engagement, and social integration
• Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
