Embark on an impactful opportunity supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician during the 2026-2027 school year—and potentially for Extended School Year services as well! This contract role is conveniently located within an hour of Columbia, SC, and offers rewarding, part-time hours (15 per week), allowing you to make a difference in students’ lives while maintaining work-life balance.

As an experienced RBT, you’ll build meaningful relationships with learners, focusing on essential skills like coping strategies and de-escalation methods. Your expertise in hands-on ABA therapy will be instrumental in helping students achieve their goals and supporting positive behavioral change.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Proven background in hands-on ABA therapy with school-aged children
  • Solid knowledge of conducting and implementing FBAs (Functional Behavior Assessments) and BIPs (Behavior Intervention Plans)
  • Comfortable working directly with students on coping and de-escalation techniques
  • Experience in providing in-home ABA services welcomed, but not required
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Role Highlights:

  • Possibly work one-on-one with a student during ESY (Extended School Year)
