Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and implementation
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational or therapeutic environments
• Strong observation and data collection skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students, families, and school staff
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized behavioral interventions under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Support students in classroom and school settings, promoting positive behavior and academic engagement
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Model appropriate social, communication, and adaptive skills
• Accurately record and report data on student progress and behaviors
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to help shape effective strategies
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students
