What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to students in an elementary setting
- Implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collecting accurate session data and maintaining comprehensive documentation
- Assisting with behavior reduction and skill-building programs
- Communicating effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and educational staff
- Participating in required trainings, supervision sessions, and staff meetings
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism while upholding ethical standards
What we’re seeking:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus)
- Experience working with children is valued but not mandatory
- Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if travel is necessary)
- Ability to meet state requirements and pass a background check
