As part of a collaborative, enthusiastic team, you will play an integral role in supporting children with autism and related developmental disabilities through evidence-based ABA strategies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to students in an elementary setting
  • Implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collecting accurate session data and maintaining comprehensive documentation
  • Assisting with behavior reduction and skill-building programs
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and educational staff
  • Participating in required trainings, supervision sessions, and staff meetings
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism while upholding ethical standards

What we’re seeking:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus)
  • Experience working with children is valued but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if travel is necessary)
  • Ability to meet state requirements and pass a background check
