Registered Behavior Technician in Tacoma, WA

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to elementary-aged children
• Implementing individualized treatment plans crafted by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Meticulously collecting and recording session data to document progress and inform care
• Supporting behavior reduction and skill-building initiatives personalized for each student
• Maintaining clear, professional communication with supervisors, families, and colleagues
• Participating in ongoing trainings, team meetings, and clinical supervision
• Upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism throughout each interaction

Desired qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus
• Prior experience with children is advantageous, but passion and motivation will be key
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Reliable means of transportation and a valid driver’s license (if travel is required)
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and meet state regulatory requirements
