Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents, particularly in schools or behavioral health settings
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and the ability to implement treatment plans
• Strong communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation, follow behavior intervention plans, and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small-group behavioral interventions for students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect data on student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school administrators to support student achievement and behavioral goals
• Foster positive student relationships and contribute to a supportive classroom environment
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
