Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents, particularly in schools or behavioral health settings
- Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and the ability to implement treatment plans
- Strong communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation, follow behavior intervention plans, and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one or small-group behavioral interventions for students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect data on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school administrators to support student achievement and behavioral goals
- Foster positive student relationships and contribute to a supportive classroom environment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
