Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Tacoma, Washington

Key Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification in good standing
• Experience providing behavioral interventions, preferably in schools
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles

• Ability to maintain detailed records and data collection
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach with students
• Ability to pass background checks required for schools

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Work individually or in groups with students, following established behavior plans
• Collect accurate data and document student progress daily
• Participate in team meetings to provide insights into student performance
• Support teachers and families in implementing positive behavioral strategies
• Foster an inclusive learning environment for all students
