Seeking an experienced professional to provide behavioral support in an elementary school setting on a contract basis, covering a maternity leave assignment. This rewarding opportunity involves working closely with young students, educational staff, and families to foster positive behavioral outcomes and growth.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Active BCBA or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
• Previous experience supporting elementary-aged students, ideally within a school environment
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate the school environment and respond to changing student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for elementary students
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Coach and support teachers in evidence-based behavior management techniques
• Participate in team meetings to develop and review student goals
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, reinforcing positive behavior and social skills
