Registered Behavior Technician in Tallassee, AL

What You’ll Need:

• Active RBT certification
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an elementary setting
• Understanding of ABA principles and how to implement individualized programs
• Ability to clearly communicate with students, teachers, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral interventions as outlined in student treatment plans
• Collect and accurately record behavioral data
• Work one-on-one and in small groups with students to reinforce positive behaviors
• Support classroom teachers in maintaining consistent behavioral expectations
• Communicate progress to supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Adjust strategies based on student progress and team input
