Registered Behavior Technician in Taunton, MA

Support student growth and development in a dynamic educational setting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will work closely with students, teachers, and behavior analysts to promote positive behaviors and create supportive learning experiences.

What we’re looking for:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or educational setting
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student success
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and adhere to confidentiality guidelines

In this role, you will:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, following individualized behavior support plans
• Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
• Provide support for teachers and staff in implementing positive behavioral strategies
• Collaborate with BCBAs, educators, and families to ensure continuity of care
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging atmosphere for all learners
• Monitor student safety and well-being during instructional and non-instructional times
• Engage in ongoing professional development as needed
