Registered Behavior Technician in Thorsby, AL

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience implementing ABA therapy preferred, especially in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to collect and record data accurately and confidentially
• Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support for students, following individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to monitor and report on student progress
• Use evidence-based strategies to encourage positive behaviors and social skills
• Maintain meticulous data collection and submit ongoing documentation
• Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions as required
