Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Tilton, New Hampshire

What you bring:

• Active RBT certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational settings
• Familiarity with ABA therapy principles and implementing behavior intervention plans

• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and data collection
• Flexibility, patience, and sensitivity to students’ unique needs

Key responsibilities:

• Provide consistent, compassionate 1:1 behavioral support for a student during their half-day school schedule
• Implement behavior management strategies and individualized plans as directed by supervising BCBA or Special Education team
• Facilitate positive social and academic interactions for the assigned student
• Track progress through session notes and ongoing data collection
• Communicate regularly with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student success
• Adapt techniques as needed to promote engagement and self-regulation
