Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, especially in a school setting

• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and adaptability
• Awareness of confidentiality and ethical guidelines in working with students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct 1:1 or small group behavioral interventions and supports for students as directed by supervising clinicians
• Gather and record data on student behaviors and session outcomes with accuracy
• Assist in the development and modification of behavior intervention plans
• Implement positive reinforcement strategies and de-escalation techniques
• Maintain open, respectful communication with teachers and caregivers
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
