Qualifications and Experience Desired:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Previous experience within school environments, especially with elementary-aged children, is strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track data and progress using best practices in documentation
  • Support and educate school staff and classroom teachers regarding behavior management strategies
  • Communicate regularly with families and school personnel regarding students’ progress and recommendations
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative school environment
