This full-time, contract opportunity offers 30-32 hours per week within a supportive educational environment. The role is specifically designed for professionals who already reside in the area and have hands-on experience working in schools.

Skills, Experience, and Credentials:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential is required
  • Previous experience in a school-based environment strongly preferred
  • Background supporting students with special needs in early elementary settings, especially kindergarten
  • Must be willing to undergo district-specific fingerprinting and onboarding processes, in addition to agency onboarding
  • Reliable, compassionate, and skilled in supporting behavioral interventions and data tracking
  • Local applicants only; candidates must currently live near the area as this opportunity is not open to travel RBTs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and demonstrate strong communication skills
  • BCBA supervision will be provided by the agency

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral support to a kindergarten student in a special day class
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
  • Track progress, collect data, and adapt strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure student success
  • Maintain detailed records and support adherence to compliance standards
