Registered Behavior Technician - Upper Darby, PA

Take on a rewarding, full-time contract opportunity supporting students in an engaging educational environment near Upper Darby, PA. Immediate openings are available for skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work onsite until June 10, 2027. Candidates will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse behavioral needs, with positions located across two school sites.

Openings and Assignments:

• Chester Upland School of Arts: 3 positions (supporting an Autistic Support classroom, K-2). Both male and 1 female RBT needed.
• Toby Farms Middle School: 2 positions designated for male RBTs.

Key Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician certification (RBT) required, with ability to maintain certification independently.
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is essential.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to acquire or complete PA clearances.
• Comfortable with changing classroom needs, urban school settings, and working with special education and behaviorally challenged students.
• Must have relevant references available for consideration.
• Willingness to disclose assigned district and specific position when applying.
• Commitment to work onsite, full-time (35 hours per week).
• No paraprofessionals—only actively certified RBTs will be considered.
