Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active RBT certification required and in good standing
• Experience delivering evidence-based ABA interventions to children or adolescents
• Ability to accurately record data and follow treatment plans
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
• Must meet all state and federal requirements for school-based RBTs

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect accurate data and document student progress per established guidelines
• Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to foster student success
• Adapt to diverse classroom environments and student needs
• Support social skills and behavioral growth both one-on-one and in group settings
