Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active RBT certification required and in good standing
- Experience delivering evidence-based ABA interventions to children or adolescents
- Ability to accurately record data and follow treatment plans
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
- Must meet all state and federal requirements for school-based RBTs
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect accurate data and document student progress per established guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to foster student success
- Adapt to diverse classroom environments and student needs
- Support social skills and behavioral growth both one-on-one and in group settings
