Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required

- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA/Behavior Specialist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and educational teams
- Compassion, patience, and adaptability in dynamic classroom environments
- Familiarity with data collection and progress monitoring tools
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and behavior intervention to students individually or in small groups
- Implement instructional and behavioral strategies according to each student’s individualized education plan (IEP) or behavior intervention plan (BIP)
- Collect accurate behavioral data, track student progress, and assist in creating progress reports
- Maintain a positive, encouraging approach to help students achieve social, academic, and behavioral goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and behavior specialists to promote student success
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
