Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Vivian, Louisiana

We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide essential behavioral support for students in a full-time, onsite contract assignment. Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working in schools or with school-aged children preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Comfortable working collaboratively under Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and professional commitment to the duration of the contract

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group ABA-based behavioral interventions to students
• Collect and maintain accurate data on student behaviors and intervention outcomes
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans as directed by the supervising BCBA
• Collaborate effectively with educational staff and families to foster student growth
• Support a positive and inclusive school culture
• Ensure compliance with all ethical and professional standards for RBTs
