This assignment spans CYS, ESY, and planning for the upcoming NSY, allowing you to make a lasting difference throughout different stages of the school year. The role features a consistent schedule for your work-life balance: 35 hours per week during the standard school term, with ESY hours structured at 8am-12pm, four days per week. In the fall, the schedule increases to 40 hours each week, ensuring full engagement with your students.
Role Highlights:
- Deliver 1:1 behavioral support for students with autism, following assigned protocols in classroom settings
- Implement ABA strategies in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Document session data and provide progress updates to educational staff
- Participate in team meetings and training opportunities as available
- Adapt instructional approaches to match student plans and goals

What You Bring:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience implementing ABA strategies in school or pediatric settings
- Confidence in independent work, as BCBA support will resume in the fall
