Desired Experience & Qualifications:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services, particularly in educational or pediatric settings
• Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and staff
• Dedication to upholding ethical guidelines and evidence-based practices
• Adaptability and compassion in supporting students across various grade levels

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct, 1:1 behavioral interventions and support to students throughout the school day
• Collect accurate data and document student progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and school staff to follow behavior intervention plans
• Assist with classroom management and foster positive behaviors
• Communicate observations and insights to the team, contributing to ongoing program improvements
• Attend scheduled training, supervision, and team meetings as required
