Registered Behavior Technician

Title: Elementary Behavioral Support Paraprofessional – Ed Tech / RBT Preferred

Pay and Benefits:
$24-$28/hr

Requirements:
Active Ed Tech certification or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred
Experience working with children
Previous behavior or ABA experience preferred
Ability to manage physical and verbal aggression
Onsite

Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1:1 classroom support
Implement behavior intervention strategies
Assist with transitions and classroom participation
Respond appropriately to physical and verbal aggression
Communicate with school staff regarding student progress

Interview Process:
(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
(20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
