Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Watkinsville, Georgia

Required Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience working in schools or with children/adolescents preferred
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 behavior intervention and support to assigned students
• Facilitate small group instruction and classroom management strategies
• Collect and document data on student progress toward behavior and learning goals
• Collaborate with teachers, other RBTs, and support staff within the classroom
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required
• Adapt support strategies to meet student needs in a middle school environment
