Required Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Previous experience working in schools or with children/adolescents preferred
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 behavior intervention and support to assigned students
- Facilitate small group instruction and classroom management strategies
- Collect and document data on student progress toward behavior and learning goals
- Collaborate with teachers, other RBTs, and support staff within the classroom
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required
- Adapt support strategies to meet student needs in a middle school environment
