Qualifications and Experience:

• Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required.
• Experience working with high school-aged students is highly preferred.
• Foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Strong collaboration skills to engage with teachers, school staff, and other behavioral professionals.
• Ability to document interventions, progress, and respond effectively to a range of student needs.
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability for supporting students within both 1:1 and group settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavioral interventions to students based on individualized education or treatment plans.
• Monitor student progress, collecting and documenting data with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and other staff to ensure consistency in strategies and interventions.
• Support students with their academic and behavioral goals in both one-on-one and group environments.
• Help foster a positive, supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and development.
