What you bring:

• At least one year of ABA experience in a school-based setting
• Active or inactive Registered Behavior Technician licensure (BCBA supervision provided)
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation training
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Dependable transportation

Your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering 1:1 or 2:1 support tailored to elementary students’ individual behavioral plans
• Collaborating with teachers, service providers, and families to implement effective interventions
