What you bring:
- At least one year of ABA experience in a school-based setting
- Active or inactive Registered Behavior Technician licensure (BCBA supervision provided)
- Crisis intervention and de-escalation training
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Dependable transportation
Your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering 1:1 or 2:1 support tailored to elementary students’ individual behavioral plans
- Collaborating with teachers, service providers, and families to implement effective interventions
- Documenting student progress and behavior accurately and promptly
