1:1 Pediatric Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Watsonville, California

Skills and Experience You’ll Need:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or relevant paraprofessional experience
• Direct pediatric behavioral experience, ideally within a school environment
• Comfort supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and diverse behavioral needs
• Ability to assist with toileting and personal care, maintain safety, and effectively manage elopement risks
• Excellent communication and reliability—timely responses are essential
• Reliable transportation to schools as assigned
