1:1 Pediatric Registered Behavior Technician in Watsonville, CA

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or experienced Paraprofessional
• Demonstrated experience in pediatric behavioral support, with preference for school-based work
• Comfort with toileting assistance, supporting students with ASD, ADHD, and ensuring their safety (including elopement prevention)
• Capability to work fluidly with both 1:1 and small group caseloads, sometimes on short notice
• Dependable transportation and consistent communication required
