Multiple Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles are available near Watsonville and Seaside, CA—nestled just minutes from beautiful Monterey Bay and within easy reach of San Jose and the greater San Francisco Bay Area. This district is widely recognized for its outstanding, on-site BCBA team and a proven track record of welcoming and valuing dedicated RBT professionals for long-term placements.

Experience with students demonstrating high intensity and magnitude of behavioral needs is essential, as you’ll be an integral part of a nurturing environment that truly understands the demands and rewards of this work. BCBA supervision and mentorship are provided directly by an incredibly engaged district team that fosters growth, collaboration, and ongoing professional development.

What you’ll bring:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Demonstrated experience working with high intensity/magnitude of behaviors in school settings
  • Previous experience in autism support, particularly within elementary or early childhood classrooms
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Commitment to full contract engagement and reliability

Position highlights:

  • Support Transitional Kindergarten through 4th grade students in dedicated autism programs
  • Work collaboratively with one of the most supportive BCBA teams in the area

  • Full BCBA supervision provided on-site
